Tom is 56 years old and is the fourth generation of a lineage of home improvement experts. Tom and his lovely wife Cheryl have two wonderful children and have lived in the greater Sacramento area all their lives. Tom is an expert in all roofing systems with invaluable experience in a vast array of products, and thanks to Tom’s inherited entrepreneurial spirit mixed with his knowledge in roofing and home improvement the company has grown to be an icon of integrity and a reliable source of knowledge for the community.

Tom’s hobbies include waterskiing, camping, traveling, learning about the latest hi-tech gadgets, community involvement and of course, his cherished family time.

Frank Trasmundi
(Senior Estimator)

Frank has been working in the roofing industry for over 33 years. Prior to joining the Tom Yancey Company, Frank worked as a roofing installer for 21 years. Frank specializes in all roofing products; Wood Shake, Composition, Concrete Tile, Steel, Modified Bitumen, Vinyl and TPO roofs.

Frank prides himself on being a mobile estimator, having fast availability for Northern California customers. He has a customer-first approach, always placing his clients’ needs first and takes great pride in finding the best products to match his customers’ particular requirements.

Byron has over 30 years in the roofing industry. He is the 3rd generation of roofing and construction professionals in the Sacramento area. Byron excels in customer service.

Byron and his wife Sandy have 2 children. His hobbies include riding his Harley, boating, and rooting for the Sacramento Kings, as well as the San Francisco Giants and 49ers.
